Realistic Time-line for VWL Construction?

My family is book for a week at VWL at the beginning of October. We switched over from BLT at our 7 month window so we could have the extra space of a 2 bedroom villa for less points. I knew the construction was going to be ongoing when we booked but the newest pictures have my husband concerned that the resort is going to be more of a mess than we had anticipated.

I know a lot can be done in a 6.5 month period and construction might not be as drastic as we are seeing now by then. Has anyone come across a timetable for when some of the stages of this project might be completed?

Most of the permits go all the way through 2017. I wouldn't expect much to be wrapped up this year.

I was more-so hoping that much of the room conversion in the main building would be completed, as well as a good portion of the structural work of the new cabins. If the permits continue through the end of 2017, I'm much less hopeful :(

Realistically, the main building conversion should be well along. But they are building 25 cabins, and aside from the clear cutting, haven't started structural work. Leisure pool is torn up and health club closed as well. Pool is at least 6+ months of work, based on what happened with Poly, but probably more.
