Has anyone found a realistic pre-lit tree for an affordable price? We are looking for a full 7-7 1/2ft tree with multi-colored lights. Most of them I've seen are not very realistic and most have white lights. We have always had a real tree, so this is the first time I've really been looking.

Thanks for your help!

We were looking for the same thing - and found it at CostCo yesterday. 7.5' tree, multicolor LED lights. It's spookily real... it even feels real.

Can you remember the name of it? And if I can ask, how much it was?

Thank you!

It looks like Brookstone has some really nice, but non-budget trees. Does anyone know if they do anything big for Black Friday?

I liked the ones they had at Lowe's last year, but I haven't looked yet this year.

I am prepared to open my wallet this year...our old tree was fairly expensive 12 years ago and it held up great until about 2 years ago and now it is completely falling apart. I feel like I got my money's worth for it but I hate having to go out and spend the money for another one.

The ones I am finding are in the $300-$400 range for a 7 ft fairly realistic unlit tree (I prefer color lights too and I prefer to string my own). The really great ones are in the $700-$800 range which is out of my budget. I checked all the big box and even some more local stores and it is just JUNK. The site I am considering ordering from is balsamhill.com.

I'm looking for the same but haven't had any luck. The ones I find within my budget arent very realistic and I hate to buy one online without seeing it first.

We paid under $300 last year for a 7 1/2 foot with mulit lights and we loved it. I went to look screaming and kicking because I have ALWAYS

Do you remember where you got it and what it was called? Thanks!

Bumping for more help...please.

I found the one I thought I liked online at shopko, and I didn't like it at all in person! This gives me great doubts about ordering online! Shopko had a really beautiful one, but clear lights only. I called the manufacturer, but they said it only comes in clear and they don't know of any other similar trees. Back to square one..

Hoping to get the names of the trees from furb and dez, and shortbun :)

Thank you!!

It doesn't have a name per se, but it's branded Westinghouse, and the item number is #915761.

Thanks for the info - I really appreciate it! It's not online at costco.com, so maybe its an in-store only model. Thanks again!

ETA - not sure how that rogue exclamation point ended up there?

Sort of OT in my own thread...

Many of the 7-7.5 ft trees have a width of 56-59 inches. I measured 59 inches and that seems enormous. We always get a big tree, but its hard to picture that they are that big. Are those diameter measurements accurate with artificial trees?

Thanks again!

Couldn't you buy it and add your own colored lights?
