Real Life game/fun: Calling for a DisBoard Gamers DisMeet....first week Oct 2013

Nice! :thumbsup2

You know I'm not going to pack a costume.....although I might talk to the boys closer to the time and see what they think. DH enjoyed seeing the costumes last time.

Yeah, transporting it is the other main issue. So I think I'm either just going to make or buy something simple (pirate costume or something). Did I tell you about the Buzz Lightyear Bucket Man I saw? :lmao: This guy turned a bucket into a Buzz costume.

:scared1:

It was actually really awesome! And then there was the girl who'd made her own Tron lightsuit with glow sticks :lmao:

:lmao: I might just make a vintage style dress and apron and wear bike shorts underneath and say I'm a 50s housewife.

Just wearing a t-shirt (and something for the bottoms) will be about as much as I probably will do. :thumbsup2

I could go all out or skip it all together. We will see. Depends on Fran she can
be a grouch so I wouldn't count on us.

Hi guys!

I just wanted to let you all know that I run the Disney Tour Reviews site & wrote the review you were looking at below:

I'm sure you've already figured out that Marceline to Magic Kingdom doesn't go into the Utilidors. The only two tours that go down there right now (or ever that I know of) are Keys to the Kingdom & Backstage Magic (the full day tour). Both of those require guests to be 16 as do any other tours that go backstage for insurance purposes.

If you have any other questions about any tours, I'd be happy to help you out (I'd like to think all that time & money I spend on them can help someone else out). I put together a list of tours for under-16s on my site, but I do not want to link here for fear of getting picked up in the spam filter. I love Pete & the gang too much to drum up visitors the Disboards, but I noticed you all had already referenced my review here.

Anyways, I hope you have a wonderful trip!

Thanks for popping in! I wandered around your site for a bit and read the reviews and info for the tours I'm interested in :) That's a really helpful site! Thank you for putting the time into it! :cheer2:

That's ditto for me too. I enjoyed reading it and it gave me the information I was looking for. I will have a 13 year old with me and he'll probably be spewing lasers from his eyes if I take him on that tour.

Thanks for putting it together.

Yes, I think anybody who didn't know what they're getting into would be spewing lasers from their eyes on that tour...and on most of the tours, to be honest. Tours are only good if you want to be there.

Anyways, glad I could be of help. That's the idea!
