I do NOT like Cat. I started out liking her, but by the end, I was sick of her.
Oh, and just because Bush RSVPd to your wedding, doesn't mean he sat down at his desk in the Oval Office and checked his calendar to see if he could work it in. I guarantee he never saw the invite. It was an assistant or intern who RSVPd.
These women are so full of themselves, it's disgusting. But the intro is dead on, these woman aren't about money like the other seasons...they are into the power and the name dropping. I feel bad for Obama that he is probably going to be name dropped in every episode.

I don't know about her.....she got mad because Cat said she didn't like Trya. Seriously? Who cares if someone likes Tyra Banks? What are they sisters?

I didn't like the way her family said that stuff about driving back from NC waiting for Banjos and the Deliverance comments.That was really uncalled for.
Your right about the Tyra stuff. Some people are passionate about Celebs.But we don't know what was edited out.
I won't be watching this one anymore.

Anyone curiuos as to how old Mary is and what her families "hundreds of businesses" are? I know she said she had her oldest DD (23) early, but man I really think she looks young and they never said how old she was at her birthday party. My guess is that she's not even 40 yet?

I know her family has $$, but they never said what her hubby does or if she does anything. I was just curious. I though the whole episode was sooooooo boring and blah.

Yeah, that kinda bothered me too at first. I live in NC and he's only going thru two states to get back to DC. NC and VA. I've lived in NC since I was in first grade and I have never seen anyone play the banjo. I just chalk it up to him attempting to make a joke about rural America or whatever.

She is 44, her husband is 45. I think she looks younger because of her hairstyle and decent skin .

Cat is definitely catty and annoying. I thought Michaela would be the most annoying ... well last night I give that to Cat ... her comments were rude re: Obama, Tyra Banks etc.

Michaela is hyper ... this I just want to hug everyone is annoying.

Mary and Lynda are ok BUT I liked Stacie the most. She seems awesome. Sweet family, lovely home!

The season looks very interesting.

As I see the ladies make the rounds on talk shows previewing their new show ... I think Mary, Cat, Lynda and Stacie have actually done that now to Michaela ...

I live is South Jersey and that bothered me. We have a parade on New Years day Mummers that almost every body plays a banjo.LOL

The jury is out for me, too. The only one I liked was Stacie until she started in about Tyra and GWB. The fact that someone has a personal relationship with a president and likes them from a personal perspective has nothing to do with which party they are affiliated. All of the presidents have had friends. We may not have liked their political positions, but that doesn't mean that they aren't nice people. Same as Tyra Banks. (I hope this isn't taken as a political comment, because it wasn't meant as one.) I always find it interesting when I have a view about a particular person and then talk to someone who actually knows them. Sometimes our viewpoints are skewed and we think we know someone when we actually don't.
