I still don't get it, if this is the reason. Adrienne's family has been in the public eye for Adrienne's entire adult life...long before she got married and had children. Everyone knows whether she was pregnant or not with her children. Her family is uber famous. Everyone Adrienne personally knows, everyone who she is an acquaintance with, people she works with, her clients, people who work with her brothers, work at their businesses, etc. all know who Adrienne is and whether or not ,for nine months, she was pregnant. In essence, it would be such a non secret.
If this turns out to be the "secret/lie", it's so stupid. What a total fake issue/drama to try to drag out for weeks worth of episodes. I smell a Bravo rat behind this if it turns out to be all about a surrogate...all for show. The only people who didn't know whether Adrienne carried her children herself are strangers/viewers of this show. Personally, I always thought she was a little old for currently having such young children anyway. But, I didn't give a thought to whether she "birthed" them...don't really care either way.
Who cares whether or not she carried her children...not me. They're her kids whether she gave birth to them or not...such dumb fake drama.
