when buying into DVC will you get an entry in the real estate register? so you can get a mortage for it?

Might be interesting to know for financing here at Germany.

You would actually be purchasing a deeded interest in a lease The lease expires in either 2042 (all DVC resorts except SSR), or in 2054 (SSR).

Don't know if a German bank would consider giving you a mortgage for that. Obviously, you'd have to check for yourself. Have you asked Disney if they would finance a purchase for a German citizen?
