Ready to Choose on 6/24 and need help please

1st time using this system and need some advice pelase. Will be traveling on 8/22 with 1 adult and 3 13 year olds. Staying for 8 nights with a 6 days park hopper ticket.

1st night is room only and next 7 are with the free dining packages.

I book the fastpasses on Friday morning 6/24 at 7am eastern right?

Can I only do 6 total days even though the trip is 7 nights? I know we will take a break from parks one day but not sure which day?

Right now I am thinking....

Monday 8/22 arrive no parks
Tuesday 8/23 MK
Wednesday 8/24 Epcot
Thursday 8/25 MK and maybe hop somewhere
Friday 8/26 AK
Saturday 8/27 DHS or break
Sunday 8/28 Break or DHS
Monday 8/29 MK in Am an d then hop somewhere
Tuesday Fly home early am

The only dining reservations I have are BOG on Thursday for early lunch and Monday for early breakfast.

It is the TICKETS that determine the number of days that can be booked in advance.
The resort stay only determines how EARLY in advance you can start to book.

The first day of the OP's trip (8/22) is a room only with no tickets. Their package with tickets starts the next day.

Because of free dining I had to do one night by itself and then 7 nights with park tickets for 6 days.

You have free dining. I would book those ADRs ASAP!!!
Your August dates have been open since February... be prepared to be flexible!
