Good evening! Sorry it took me a while to post, but I and one of my friends who also had the misfortune of eating a chicken caesar salad at the Land had pretty bad cases of food poisoning
We both started being sick Wednesday night and were afraid we weren't going to be able to make our flights, as we were sick thoughout the night. I wasn't able to make my Magical Express pick-up time, but our friend from Florida drove us both to the airport and we made our flights home without any barfing or other unnamed incidents!
Thunderstorms and tornado warnings in Atlanta caused some delays, but I was able to make it home at 8:30 last night only two hours behind schedule. I pretty much crashed when I got home and slept most of today. I'm not feeling as weak tonight since I've been able to eat a bit today.
Other than being sick the last night, we had a great trip. I was able to do several new things: Nemo musical (fantastic!!!!), Nemo ride, Turtle Talk, updated Pirates, and the non-spinning Mission Space. I chickened out on riding Expedition Everest. Dinners at Raglan Road and Kona Cafe were yummy, as was tea at the Grand Floridian.
The highlight of my trip was being able to meet Marita at tea! Thanks so much for joining me and my cousin!!! The rest of my group who decided to stay at Epcot snacked their way around the World.
We also had a really good safari ride since it rained quite a bit on our Animal Kingdom day -- our driver was terrific and we had a great view of the male lion. Also, a hippo was out of the water, which is apparently pretty rare.
We had two magical moments during our trip. One of my friends who is an avid pin colletor received the set of Tinkerbell pins and was encouraged by the cast member to give them to the other pin collector in our group. Then we all received a pair of the dream ears while in the Mission Space queue!!!
Very pretty, but not the most comfortable thing to wear!
If I can think of anything else to share from the trip, I'll post it later after I have a chance to get caught up.

The Super Bowl is a special time of year when we gather with the people we love to eat high calorie food. Our family has a special menu that we we eat every year and the grand finale is Superbowl Pie. The guys have the TV on but I don't know much about that. I am rooting for the Minnesota Twins this year.
