Your boys must make tons of laundry! Here's some mother's helper:

Moo! My mom says she used to take something called "Mother's Helper" and it was like this sweet alcoholic "medicine" in the pre-Prozac days. That just cracks me up because she really WAS the greatest mama ever...with the help from her leetle friend!


Been craftin' and organizin' like a crazed weasel (which is a-lot!) I made a Mickey Mouse Head wreath!!!! And I made a wire wreath to hold Christmas cards with spray painted cloths pins decorated with this gorgeous vintage looking brwnish red and gold ribbon ! I bought yarn to knit hats and scarves for all my daycare babes, and last but not least, have to sew scout patches on my DS8's scrub-scout uniform. OH! and I 'm bow-tying some Princess fleece yardage I got for DD2 for her big-girl bed. I'm in my groove!

Marita-- I am with you, I love to watch It's a Wonderful Life on TV and not on tape. I love watching the really old version of Scrooge too. They are watching Christmas with the Kranks right now.

Well we are all better today, well correction were all okay. Poor Hannah has a fever and has been in bed since 5:30. Here we go again. I wiped every door knob everything.

UMA-- I can't believe you don't have that card yet, I will have to go to the post office tomorrow and find out what happened to it. I payed good money for it to be there in two days with express mail from Canada Post.

Pongo-- Love those mugs, we have two Disney mugs but those are adorable.

Hannah just got up and is still hot and is eating crackers, have a feeling she will be home from school tomorrow. I have so much to finish too.

It was like a spring day here today, even had the windows open, the weather needs to get cold to get rid of some of these germs. It must be warm where you are too Moo. They are saying only 30% chance snow for Christmas.

I'm watching the Devil Wears Prada again. It is brilliant! Meryl Streep plays a lovely beach!

Nab- dont worry about the card yet. It'll probably be here tomarrow. I'll letcha know.

Twink- MY to-do list is never ending too! That's IT! Disposible clothing and dishes for my family sarting Jan. 1st! Paper clothing is all the rage in Paris.

Moo- I need a forklift full of that...send it to Utah. I am very tired now from being the crazed weasel. I just cannot organize or craft anything else, till tomarrow. I have an organizing-hangover.

Yet 3 more neighbor gifts came today!
1. Kettle Corn
2. 2 boxes of Girlscout cookies, people!!!!!
3. and...Bear Creek Cheddar Broccoli soup mix! HEY! THAT I can use!


It's like giving alcohol to an alcoholic. Or cigarettes to someone trying to go cold turkey. Carbs to the dieting lady in the cul-de-dac!
I swear, the Kettle corn just said "Eat Me"(and not in a good way) and the 2 boxes of cookies are MOCKING me!

Hi Pongo-- I know I never had a ticker before but it really goes down fast. I can't even think much about my trip. I have to get though Christmas first. The kids don't even know yet. Hubby does all the final things, the flights, hotel the night before etc. I just get us packed. That is the hard part. Especially on a cruise because you need nice clothes for dinner. More shopping after Christmas I am sure.

The kids only have this week left of school. Then they are off for two weeks. I am just hoping we can stay healthy because they will not let you go on the boat if you have even a hint of anything. If you get sick on the boat you get banned to your room for 24 hrs or more. They bring your meals and give you a DVD to watch movies. So I heard.

Well I better get to bed. Don't want to wear myself down and catch it back again since it seems like Hannah isn't over it yet.
