Hi Erin,

The only one time we were at VA beach it was so windy we got sand blasted but hubby said we had to go on the beach to say we were there. That was two years ago I think.

don't worry, i have had those experiences also.

we had guests in from Canada and it was so windy but we all felt that we had to go to the beach.

Come back again, it really is nice most of the time!
