CHRIS! That's the worst thing of all of this. I am SO afraid that THIS will be the trip on which they'll lose my luggage. I am seriously considering fedexing my most precious liquids (like my Trish McEvoy foundation and best mascara and my Aveda hair products) down to my hotel. Is that crazy? Or a really good idea?!

You nutwings and loonies posted about five ten pages today.

Haley was busy busy busy

I finally got a move on and have my minute by minute itenerary pretty much done for my first few days.

TFI on Oct 28th at 11:35 I will be at the Flame Tree in line for lunch, Sophia and Max will be holding a table (well sitting at one, YKWIM), and Mr. Silly will be running (or walking with purpose) to get a set of Fast Passes for the Safari ride.

I do have to admit I was avoiding the DIS today. And the TV. And the news. I just can't take the coverage. I may live in Texas but I was born in New York. I will always be a New Yorker in my heart. Enough said. It has touched us all in profound ways, we all suffered a loss in one way or another.

Ok so some of you that were the other day might remember that I mentioned that my youngest son walked up to me dripping wet from the tub with the following revelation and PSA: "Mom you can tell when I really got my hair wet, because when it is wet it turns brown." Glad he told me, I woul dhave never figure it out...

Here's my budding "genius" with his wet, brown hair:

Now compare and contrast if you will my eldest, which just did THIS:

He asked me if he could "trim" his hair as it was bothering his ears. He went and got dad's electric hair trimmer and did THAT to his head. Actually it was waaayyy worse. THAT picture is AFTER I evened it out a bit. He actually had two stripes going up the back of his head. I was too flipped out to think to take a before picture of the mess.
I finally told him that I wasn't going to trim any more of it and he would just have to go school and explain to his friends why his hair is crooked. Loverly. I hope he learns his lesson from this???
