LaLa~It's our Farewell to Cinderellabration trip. But we've been planning it for over a month, so does it still count as a "whirlwind" trip??

And we may be meeting MG and YAJ. I think. If they can be seen with two guys in Crocs.

No matter how far in advance you plan them, don't they all count as Whirlwind Trips Rhonda? Yall have a great time and I hope that little cutie of yours gets to see lots of hotties. I'm sure he will with yall's track record.

That would be cool if yall meet up with Master G with a Double E and Jen. You'll have to post photos.

Yep. You gotta be well-trained to hang with the NM's. We have SERIOUS Disney endurance. Which is not to be confused with the LACK of endurance I had in the local road race on Monday.

Which means I ran a miserably slow race and then the results were in the paper. And not even the "net" times, but the "gross" times.

Slim pickins on the recipe sections today. But I thought this looked pretty tasty.

Layered Mediterranean Dip

Serves 10.
4 cups ready-made hummus dip
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tbl. olive oil
1 tsp. Greek seasoning
1 (4-oz.) pkg. tomato-basil feta cheese, crumbled
Pita chips





1. Spread hummus in a shallow 9-inch dish.

2. Combine tomato, cucumber, olives, green onions, olive oil and Greek seasoning. Sprinkle tomato mixture over hummus.

3. Top with crumbled feta. Cover and chill thoroughly. Serve with pita chips.
