Help! Not everyone in my group was included in the boarding pass. Can guest services or another cast member help me? We all have tickets and park pass for HS today.

And after I hit join from the front page, I think there was another step of hitting join. Is this correct, and you wait on the MDE front page to hit join there right at 7? I’m feeling the exact same thing! I’m “practicing” getting a BG each day just in case but when I click join, my sister isn’t selected, just me. And I wonder if there’s an advantage to waiting to click the first “join” over just refreshing...

If you actually got a BG it is more likely you will be successful. Go to a GET (Guest Experience Team) umbrella/CM once in the park with the entire group. There is one near the tunnel to SWGE.

Pre selection only happens the day you have park reservations. You're gonna hit join quickly 3 times until you get the astromech pic with your bg number. Don't hesitate, don't read, the process takes 3 seconds

I may have deleted all my family and friends who aren’t going on this trip so that’s not a problem...

Is there a major difference between clicking “join” on the first screen and just constantly refreshing after clicking “join?” (I put screen shorts in case this doesn’t make sense) I feel like it would be easier to refresh, but is there a major disadvantage there?

I’ve got my park passes for HS on January 7, 8, 11, 13, and 14 (half of our Disney days)

I don't do the refresh option cause just the act if refreshing consumes valuable time so i go from join on the front page with the at at pic

I got BG 53. About what time of day will that be if things are on track? I am thinking 1 ish?

I go in Jan. I practiced a few times before November, since then, I haven’t practiced in the morning (not waking up at 6am just for this lol). I was up today and tried it. Got a BG. However, I did not bother selecting any person but me. In the old way, that wasn’t a concern because I knew that by being in the park, my family would be automatically included in picking a boarding group
Now, I am not sure what to do. We will still be at Yacht Club when we try and get boarding groups.
after clicking join, do I need to select all members of my party and then click boarding group? Pre-Nov, that type of action always caused me to be too late. How should I prepare?

Hey, going in January myself and also in central time zone.

All friends and family with a park pass reservation and valid ticket will be selected on the day of your park pass reservation.

for the 7am bg drop you won't need to have been scanned since the park isn't even open, you can do it from anywhere. For the 2pm you have to have scanned into the park prior to 2pm

yes, if you read the last maybe 10 pages and also post number 1 you will see the new procedure being explained, this is probably the number one question that pops up on this thread every day.
You have 3 seconds to join a bg on the day you have reservations, just click join super fast each time it comes up

No and you don't need to keep refreshing the VQ page if you chose to wait on that screen. Just hit the button at exactly 7 AM or 2 PM.

I prefer the My Queues screen since it is not a scroll-able screen like the home screen. That darn AT AT seems to want to drift up and down since the screen is scroll-able.

It's 2pm. Who was successful? One thing I've started doing is placing the first join button (AT AT page) right where the second join button will appear. That way right at 2 (I don't want to get up before 6am to practice) I can hit join and keep touching the same spot as fast as possible. Then move quickly to the bottom of the page and quickly tap while the page loads.

I’ve been planning this trip for nearly a year and today is our day at Hollywood Studios-we got Boarding Group 2!

We’ll see how everything goes with the ride today!

Well, that didn’t go as planned. BG 84 but we have dinner plans elsewhere. Followed all of the guidleines, but my page kind of just paused after the first join page. On data, at Bay Lake, from the Virtual Queue page, had seconds clock. Yesterday the ride was a mess. Barely got through the 50-60.

Hopefully it will be a good day and you will be able to ride before leaving for dinner!
