AHHH THAT'S SO EXCITING!

You just made me look at ours and we are exactly 3 months away from being in WDW! I'm really excited for you guys. It's going to be so awesome to be there in January. And can I just say.. though I'm sad Big Thunder is going to be down.. SPLASH will actually be open for once in January! I told my DH we're going on it a lot so he best be prepared.

Yep, Savannah is really pleased that Splash will be open, it's her favorite!

Yesterday was my girls Birthday, we had a fun day! In fact, as I'm typing this at 5am, they (Savannah, Leslee, & another friend of theirs) have JUST gone to sleep finally! They kept me up all night with their giggling...probably a sugarhigh!

I say that b/c yesterday was full of sugary goodness, I think I'm still in a coma from it. Oh yes, I used my darling daughter's bday as an excuse to eat stuff that normally makes me sick. Back on the wagon today, but suffering!

Her bday theme was COOKIE MONSTER! We had fun with it and looked up a cupcake recipe and they were more complicated than I thought they would be, but we pulled it off.

The morning started with her opening her gifts, she got an ipod touch and a basketball and was really pleased. Dallas got wind of our cookie theme and decided he wanted to make special cookies. He took oreos and wrapped them in chocolate chip cookie dough and baked them up. Uh...let the sugary goodness begin! These things were AMAZING, I can't do anything but show you a picture. This was BREAKFAST!

If you have the calories to waste, I highly suggest trying these! Mmmm, I'm still drooling.

Our homeschool playgroup is usually on Thursday and it was too chilly for the park, so we just invited everyone to our house. Mostly only Savannah's friends came, which is fine since my house isn't that large and our playgroup can be huge when everyone in our group shows up!

of course there were TONS of cookies, you can't have a cookie monster theme without them, right? We also had pizza.

Banished the kids outdoors to eat, it was warm enough for that at least, but they didn't stay out too terribly long.

Savannah opening her gifts. Her friends know her well, she got this adorable fox hat and a ton of other fun, stuff from friends that she loved!

It was a great day to turn 11!

Just think....it's less than 100 days away now!! Are you packed yet? We haven't seen an updated countdown calendar have we? Maybe I missed it.

Seriously, those cookies were amazing, totally worth the headache, body aches, weight gain, and sickness I feel after eating them!

Ha! Packed! I seem to be losing some of my obsessive early planning abilities as I don't even have SUITCASES purchased to use on the trip, much less packed! I do, however, have almost all the tshirts made, the journals printed (but not bound) and a date to tie dye, that has to count for something!

And I didn't post a pic of the countdown b/c I JUST pulled it back out at 100 days. For those of you who may not have followed, I started a 150 day countdown way last spring when we planned on October and then when we had to push it off to Jan 2012, I just put it away (right on 100 days too!) and pulled it back out and hung it up the day before yesterday!

Yay for double digits! I pretty much spent all summer thinking "In the fall, when we're not so busy..." and I'm still waiting for that slow time to come around, but at least it makes the countdown go more quickly!

The cookie monster cupcakes are awesome. love them!!! I like her fox hat too- btw- we just got back from our week at WDW. I got my son this adorable Kermit hat at the muppet store in DHS. They had animal and beaker too- so cute! If she likes those hats, check them out for sure. I think there was a yeti one at EE shop too!

Yep, I think it's going to fly by because I'm so crazy busy, I don't even have time to do trip stuff right now! THAT is busy!

That is so cute!!!!!! I've noticed that everyone seems to have these kinds of hats around, so it will be really fun to find some on the trip, especially since we may need them in January!!

I keep thinking that when things slow down I'll finish my shirts, get the journals binded, take pics of the stuff I have...but it just stays crazy! And, I'm not feeling really well, my Fibromyalgia is back, probably b/c I haven't eaten so well, so I'm in some pain on top of being crazybusy. BUT, it's Disney money that I'm making, so no complaints!!

Wow, happy November?!?!? I cannot believe it's already November! We're at 87 days today!!

We had a fun Halloween, I hope all of you did as well. I thought since I haven't gotten around to finishing shirts or taking any more pics, I would do a Halloween update. Savannah was Gir, from the cartoon Invader Zim, it was fun, here's a shot before we sprayed her hair green:

We sprayed her hair green and it looked great with the costume, but she didn't really like it, I'm sure she'll be in the shower first thing this morning b/c she said it was all powdery and coming off on everything! Oh and the pig is part of the costume if you are wondering!

We went trick-or-treating with our homeschool group of friends like we do every year. Here's a group shot of Savannah with her friends:

Hopefully I can get moving with more planning stuff, but I'm not too concerned b/c I know there will be a period in early January where I have nothing to do and I'm just sitting there waiting for the trip...so I'm trying not to do everything way ahead of time! Yep, self control...not something you'll see often around here!

Cute Halloween pics. I love the Invader Zim costume, that is so creative and fun! Did many people "get" what she was going for? My DD was Sailor Moon last year and only a handful of people recognized her, but I guess that comes with the "unique costume" territory.

Yes! Today is 80 days and I got a countdown app on my phone just for fun! I will say that I have some Disney-avoidance going on right now, not sure what that is about? I think I'm a little worried that now that we've gotten so close, something will happen to unhinge the trip and spoil everything. I don't think I'll feel right until we are on our way! So, it's causing me to throw myself into lots of other busy stuff right now, mostly work, and avoid making shirts, binding journals, etc. that I just have sitting here waiting. It's really unlike me to let a project sit undone!
