re-using Magic Bands for off-site visit?

We just returned last night from a wonderful land a sea vacation. Our family of 7 all has Magic Bands that we used throughout the trip. We will be returning in February for an off-site stay with extended family. Can we somehow link our current Magic Bands for the future trip? I realize we will not be able to use it to charge meals or items. We are just hoping to re-use them for FP+ and tickets. The kids loved using them!

Absolutely. The MB is just a link to your MDE, so if your tickets and FP+ reservations are there, the MBs will work.

You bands are already linked to your account. You can use them until the batteries die (which tales 2 to 3 years.)

Yep, we've done this. We were in WDW last October and again this past May and used the same bands. Both offsite stays. You can always check if your MB is active in your MDE account.

When you buy new tickets, add the numbers to MDE and assign them to each person in the account, which will assign them to the specific magic bands of each person.
