Re-Hitching Ceremony

Here's info I received directly from WDW regarding the "re-hitching ceremony", just in case anyone was interested...

"The re-hitching ceremony is when the cast members will give you a certificate of "Hitching" and they will count to 100 while you kiss for the "First" time. You can do this during lunch, dinner or ice cream social at the Garden Grill if booked in advance". You can also purchase Mickey/Minnie Bride and Groom ears in advance if you choose.

It's a lot of fun, we did this during the ice cream social and there weren't alot of people around at all so we had the characters all to ourselves. DD thought it was pretty funny. :>) maggie

It is a blast. Dw and I did this for our anniversary last year. I bought Bride and Groom pins though, since we were already legally "Hitched".

DH and I were re-hitched last month during dinner. It was pretty crowded that night and several other couples were re-hitched as well. The Congratulation Cake was a really nice surprise as well. Make sure if you are planning to do this to tell them when you make your PS and also when you report to the podium before you are seated. Have them note it on your reservation slip.
