Which Visa gets the offers for the free dining and resort discounts?

I googled, and got hundreds....how can I tell which one is the right one?
what about the rewards card...is that differtent...

i only want to get it so we can get the specials...so apr and such don't matter...

and you have to use that Visa to book, if they make the offer, during the period it is exclusive for card holders.
