Wondering when the special events and details are usually available for Food & Wine. Since dates are longer than usual, I will be able to attend. So it wasn't planned for and will require me to adjust my plans. Thanks for the help.

I am in the same boat. My options are open as we can go pretty much any weekend from the start to finish, but I don't want to wait to long to book flights as the prices will only go up. I would love to know who will be at eat to the beat and what special things they will be doing as this is the 20th year. Also is the premium package going to be available and will they being doing the "after hours" live again....so many questions. Does anyone have any answers?

Also interested! I think I remember reading somewhere that the Eat to the Beat performers aren't released for awhile, much closer to the F&W dates. I might have read something wrong though!

Details start to trickle out toward the end of spring, but the full lineups and booth menus aren't announced til summer I believe. It could be earlier, it seems like they are announcing things earlier lately.

fingers crossed ... it's so hard to plan when not knowing the details of food and wine, as I have specific ADRs that I do every trip that can usually only be gotten at 180 days out; like CP at 8:05 when park opens at 9, my absolute favourite.

I don't think the schedule can be expected until sometime in July. Eat to the Beat will be before that, but no full event schedule until then. If you have ADRS you want to book, then book them; if there is something you would rather do, you can cancel them.

Well the fear of rising airline prices got me today after this post. I went ahead and booked airfare for Oct 24-28; so excited to start finding out more as time goes on....

DVC members pretty much have to book at 11 months out or soon after if they want to get into someplace near Epcot, so they usually don't get to plan around the events either.
