The reply I got back yesterday regarding maps delivered to hotel is that they cannot change the address on the order. I replied that I haven't ordered, I am asking if I do can I have it shipped to hotel (POP Cnetury)...now just waiting for a response, why can't they just read the question and respond properly the first time???

If Disney does agree to shipping it to Pop Century, how far in advance should you order the maps since they will only hold items for 7 days at the resort?

When (still haven't heard) they reply I will ask how long for shipping. I wish they would hurry up though.

Here is what they emailed me back regarding shipping to the resort. I also emailed them back on how long shipping is.

You can have these maps mailed to any placed you would like as long as you will be there on that date the will arrive. Please understand that once you have placed this order we are not able to change any data as far as your address is concerned. So you must be sure that you will be there when these maps arrive.

I will let you know about the shipping.

From the date that you ordered them they can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

I ordered my maps on March 6 and I got an email on March 21 that they have been shipped out (to the Cali address of my friend). I'll post again when he tells me they arrived so we have an idea how long the process takes

I'm going down there the first week of May. I'll be ordering maps in a few weeks and will let you guys know how or if it works out. I've been wanting maps for quite some time. If the maps arrive at the hotel early or late and I don't get them, I don't really lose anything other than time spent customizing and ordering them. I will also place an order with Disney Shopping about 10 days prior to my arrival and hope I receive it.

Regarding the post about placing an order from Disney direct (disney shopping) - they ship very quickly! If all items are in stock I have always received my order via DHL to Ontario Canada in about 3-4 days! I would think it might even be quicker if shipping to a US address as there is no customs to go through! I've been ordering for several years now on and off and it has never changed, just a heads up, I'd probably place the order 2 to 3 days before you go if they are in stock items and double check there shipping estimates! good luck and let us know if it works out, I've never shipped anything to my hotel, tempting.

I'm trying to time it right. I'll be there the second week of May (I said first week in my last post, but I meant first full week in May), so ordering next week will be one month prior to my stay.
