I have always had good luck with the waitlist in the past - but I called about 5 weeks ago to switch a Feb studio night to a 1 br and got on the waitlist - also made the 2nd request for a new member card - made the 1st request in August - and I called yesterday to verify the waitlist and I wasn't on one - so hopefully I actually got on it yesterday...made the 3rd request for a replacement card....I've never had that problem before - but I'll definitely call back a bit sooner in the future and make sure I'm on it....
