It's there, too. When I go to rci.com->My Account->Vacation Plans->Confirmed, and click on the "View/Print Confirmation" button, the second page contains a copy of the resort's "urgent information" block:




There is also a section called "To Help You Further" and that contains it as well:



This is for VWL.

Brian, it is there for the weeks side but not for the RCI points side when you click "view/print confirmation" as I just checked my confirmations using both systems. There is no second page on the RCI points confirmation as there is on the RCI weeks side. The one's I'd had recently were points and I knew it wasn't there. Regardless it was noticed when I made the exchange.

I thought I was going crazy there for a second and was away so I couldn't easily check the info in question. If you want to trade into DVC you might want to consider points as well.

I've thought about it, but don't really need another timeshare. Plus, I'm still getting decent access at a good value via weeks.

to answer your question about a beach at the Galleon, the resort sits at an angle on the water. the Northeast side faces the Marina and the North west side face the Ocean/Gulf. They have a huge deck with Tiki bar that overlooks the Ocean. Next to the deck is a small beach area. It is small, probably about 20 feet wide, and you can walk down into the water and swim out to a platform. It was very clean.
