RCI message board?

I was going to post this on the timeshare board but it looks like it's just for DVC. My sister wants to come stay with me in West Virginia for a week. She has an RCI timeshare and wants to trade a week in Phoenix for a week in Morgantown. RCI is telling her she has to pay $674 for the week in West Virginia PLUS give up one of her weeks in Phoenix. Now I love West Virginia and all, but she can get a time share in Hawaii for a week for $178.00 so what's up with the $674 in Morgantown.

Sorry for the long rant. My questions is just does anyone know of an RCI message board where people can trade weeks?

You know... there is a forum for everything. I found this site recently when I was looking into some things about timeshares.

Definitely check out the TUG forums, great place to go for anything to do with timeshares.
