RCI gift certificates????

Those who have used RCI, are the GC transferrable? Could we gift or sell to someone else a gift certif. for a week of RCI use?

I just received a guest certificate from my mother who is a member of RCI.
According to the certificate it says that they are non-transferrable. It also says that additional people may travel with the guest certificate recipient provided that the number fo persons does not exceed the maximum occupancy limit on the exchange confirmation. I hope this helps
