RCI Exchange Experience?

We stayed at a Sheraton vacation resort in Scottsdale Arizona in 2015. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was a beautiful resort, we were treated well, and when a couple scorpions invaded they moved us immediately because our daughter was 1 1/2 at the time. I love our memories there. It was right before we adopted our son. Such sweet memories as a family of three. Member services was so helpful getting us squared away, because the RCI system was less than helpful.
