I actually love it, and would totally buy it if it were $30 or less. (I'd actually pay even more for it if I looked better in belted dresses.)

I am sure at the right party with the right crowd it is fabulously chic. For about five minutes. Then it sits in the closet with the other "buyer's remorse" garments waiting for the seventies to return.
