You used to be able to have the cutest "character" dining with Remy at Epcot. But he's gone now and I don't think there's anything in the parks for him now.
At the 2015 F&W there were small statues of Remy all over WS. You could purchase a map and then put stickers where you found Remy. When you found them all, you would get a special pin. Not sure if they will have that again this year, but the statues were adorable and fun for DD to find.
The only place I've ever seen anything Ratatouille related is at the Writer's Stop coffee shop in Hollywood Studios. You could buy a little Remy plush doll there.... But it's possible that little store is closed now, with all the renovating in HS. I don't know. It's a real shame. I love Ratatouille too. I'm always on the look-out for Mulan merchandise too. Can't seem to find that either!!
I love the trackless ride system, Winnie the Pooh in Tokyo, Ratatouille in Paris and Mystic Manor in Hong Kong. If they brought this ride to the US, it would be amazing. My wife isn't a big fan because the use of 3D makes her queasy.

I know the theme of the W&D 10K is Ratatouille so I would expect Remmy to have some presence during Food and Wine again this year.... It's a shame we don't get much of this film as it's a highly underrated one in the Pixar catalog
The first thing that popped into my mind was ordering the ratatouille at BOG dinner, but that's not what was being asked. It does make me wonder about doing more movie-mashups at attractions.
