My rarest would be Dr. Facilier, seven dwarves & Jack Sparrow. My rarest not halloween party would be Max.

I remember meeting Figment back in the mid 80s but he was a handheld puppet. The guy with the top hat that used to be in the attraction, walked around with him. I can't remember his name.

Dreamfinder was his name.

I got a picture with Maleficent sometime around 2002, and my favorite in Japan Minnie at Epcot! That was during a time when they had that character bus ride around. A bus just dropped off a bunch of characters in front of Japan, and we high tailed it out of there, but as we were walking by I looked in the gardens and there was Japan Minnie - and no one else (except her "helper" was around! That is a great costume, wish they'd bring that one out again!

Not sure that these are too rare...some are recent and easy to meet at parties or characterpalooza and others are discontinued.

The Witch Hag from Snow White is the rarest character I've met. We ran into her wandering Fantasyland late night during MNSSHP 2010.
