Rare/Special Characters in DLR?

I am going to DLR 11/10 through 11/12. I haven't been since late 2006, so I'm really looking forward to it. I love getting pics with all characters but especially rare ones and those I have never met before...can anyone point out rare or special characters that you have seen around there lately, and if you know specifically where in each park they were, that would be helpful too! Thanks so much!

We have seen Mulan & Pocahontas both at Ariel's Grotto, BUT that's 1 dining experience out of probably 10-15. We were very very excited to see them tho. Ask at City Hall for times/characters, that's your best bet.

We saw Pocahontas & Jane (from Tarzan) in the Backlot at DCA in late September.

My most recent rare character experiences have been with Brer Fox and Brer Bear in Critter Country. Sully from Monsters, Inc. is sometimes in the Backlot in DCA as well.

DW had a pic with Geppetto in the Snow White grotto area next to the castle.

We saw Mr. Incredible and Frozone in the backlot area this last August. Not sure if that is who you are looking for, but we thought it was pretty cool to see them.

We saw Wendy Darling, Max (goofy's son), Baloo, and PIGLET (Ultra rare, still wears one of the original costumes) all at Minnie's breakfast. Wendy was one of the coolest as I had NEVER seen her before. Plus i got to take a pic with her!

The other day while riding the monorail into the park, as we looked around, I saw Jafar on the "stage" thing back at IASW.
