Since I do not regularly purchase Disney movies....I have a couple very basic questions....

Should I only look for specially marked packages that mention movie rewards?

Is there a sticky around anywhere that shows the best deals on the eligible dvd's?

Hey there.

I had a couple of movies that did not say anything about the program on the front, but had codes on the inside.
Since these are all movies that have been released since the program started, my guess would be that it doesn't matter what it says on the outside. They should still have codes on the inside. If they don't you need to contact them and send copies of your receipt to them.

WalMart won't just have codes they can hand you. You'd need to do a return/exchange and get a brand new movie. Contact Disney Movie Rewards as they will fix the issue. You may need to even call the office.

nope. I entered the first code and said invalid. I tried it another once or twice, i forgot.

Then it told me i entered too many invalid codes. I had to wait till today. :GRRR

I know this is not the same situation but, I purchased 4 movies 2 of which did not have codes. I called DMR and they gave me an email address for me to send them a copy of my receipts to. I sent them a copy on Tuesday and got an auto response that I would here from them within 24 hrs after the 24hrs was up I did not hear anything so I called them again. They asked me to email them a copy of my receipts again bc they did not receive the first email. So I emailed them a copy again, yesterday and waited until today to call to make sure they had gotten them. Well they did not receive my second email BUT the lady I spoke to went ahead and generated me my 2 missing codes today. So within 48 hrs my problem was corrected but mainly by me constantly having to contact them. I would say if you call them, and let them know what the problem is they will be more than happy to work with you to correct your problem...

Well, i tried again today, and it still says, try again tomrorow. I tried a different code, it gives the same thing. Now i really dont know the problem, because the codes should work, so im forced to contact disney movie rewards.

That happens when you enter to many invaild codes, did you just type random codes trying to get points?

Woot! I Figured Out The Problem! Although I Have Less Codes, I Made A New Account, And Entered The Four Codes!! They All Work! Woot, Now Im Up To Five Hundred Points!!

I Just Need 150 More.. I Know Its A Big Favor To Ask, But Does Anybody Have An Extra Code They Didn't Use?
