Ghosts
Usually appear in urban legends.

Four-Eyed Jack, a former scientist and tenant who haunts the Boarding House. He lost his glasses but found them. Gerald did not believe in him until he actually saw him.
Ghost Bride (Cynthia Snell), who killed her bridegroom and his wife (who was the bride's sister) and now haunts the cemetery she was buried in.
Haunted Train and its Engineer, that once a year appears on an abandoned train station. It had crashed forty years prior to the episode "Haunted Train."
Headless Cabbie, who gives rides in the park (similar to the Headless Horseman)
Wheezin' Ed, counterfeiter and gangster who haunts Elk Island now

Animals
Abner, Arnold's pet pig. Was a gift from the Green-eyed People at Miles and Stella's wedding from a water basket. Phil first thought to cook Abner but Stella decided to keep the pig. Abner was mistaken for a girl by Stella, who wanted to name "her" Isabel.
Angel, Eugene's angel fish Arnold adopted for him to make up for the fish he accidentally killed with his yo-yo, although was seen eaten by a larger fish without Eugene's notice. He has shown up again and was eaten by an octopus
Big Caesar, the legendary giant fish that lives in City Pond; was captured only for a short time and had a hook stuck on him.

Cupcake/Thurston, stray kitten Harold was refusing to give back to its owner, a woman who was mean to Harold
Henry, Eugene's pet fish killed by Arnold with a yo-yo
Glue Boy, racing mule bought by Ernie, Oskar, and Mr. Hyunh who thought that it was a horse
Helga's parrot, who was bought by Big Bob, lived at Arnold's, and was eaten up by Phoebe's monitor lizard
Lock Jaw, an old, tired, graffiti-covered turtle that lived in the city zoo. Arnold and his grandma freed him

I think Stanley may be my favorite. He's so ignorant, and hates his job, and doesn't pay attention to anything xD Haha, I just love him. I remember when he did the most pushups or something to get out of work early xD GO STANLEY!

Stanley is hilarious. Did you see that episode where he snapped at Michael during a meeting? AND his rant at Ryan in "Take Your Daughter to Work Day?"

"Stanely yelled at me today. That was probably one of the most frightening experiences of my life."

Andy is probably my favorite; that chainsaw line was fantastic. And of course, I love Erin too. She's so adorable!
