Hey! I was otherwise occupied all day. I bet you had a nap! (jealousy here)

as a matter of fact, I did. Only because the DIS was broken though! Oh well, my nap days are over, since bible camp is over now too. Today was the last day. Next week will be kids galore here at my house. Oh joy! No naps for me!

guess just a teenager with nothing better to do during the summer. Kinda like the ones over on the teen board planning their virtual wedding. Makes you wonder.... I was never like that at this age, I mean, really!

well looks like it's fixed, or maybe I'm just the only one posting and not noticing anything is wrong!

Had a good time at the church BBQ today. It was the end of bible camp and so everyone that participated went to the BBQ. There was food, cotton candy, sno cones. DH and DD are in bed alread, and I am DISing away. I am kinda tired though. Going to watch a movie.

Tomorrow I have to take my car in to get an oil change and I have to go get a new cell phone battery since I never got around to doing that the other day.

Hello everyone! I sure hope these boards have straightened out!! DD and I went out with my mom for the afternoon. Then DD and I met up with DH and had some supper and went to see Wall E!! Really enjoyed it, DH didn't really enjoy it, but that is ok! We came home to a huge surprise too! It had rained while we were out and we had some flooding in our backyard, but the main surprise was inside!! We walked in, and it smelled! I figured it was time to clean the cats litter or something. So while I got DD ready for bed, DH went downstairs to see what was going on. Our sewer had backed up while we were out!!! YUCK! So luckily the cat had knocked the comforters off of the shelves & they absorbed much of the mess, and then the sump pump pumped out the rest. The carpeting and valuables are fine (Thank goodness!) But none the less it was GROSS!! Not what I wanted to be cleaning up!!!

Who would of guessed that when you got home from your fun time at the movies you would get a suprise like that. Like you said it is good that no valuables were spared.

oh yuck! I'm sorry this happened! I remember before I was married and had my first apartment, it had a washer/dryer in the unit. Well, one day I left to go to work and put in a load of laundry and when I came back home, the apartment was flooded! Thank GOD I lived on the first floor, so there was no apartment under mine, just a parking garage and the water went through the floor into that. But what a mess it was. It needed all new carpet and stuff!
