Can anyone share their experiences using the vouchers in restaurants in particular? I have purchased a couple of physical cards from 2 places (haven't used them yet) but there are several places that only offer vouchers and I am worried about having problems redeeming them. There are several fast food vouchers that I am interested in that are in the $50-$100 range. I just don't want to purchase them and then have to struggle to redeem them. I assume they are just something that I print off at home and then take into the restaurant and then they scan them or something?? Please help this dummy figure this out!!!

I use them sometimes for Boston Market. I bought them and they send an email and I print out the voucher from there. When I buy my food I give it to the cashier and she punches in the number and Presto. Easy to use.

I have never bought them for a restaurant but I have bought them for various stores, and while some of the cashiers looked at them funny, they got them to work.

I used a voucher (from Raise) at Victoria's Secret today and have used them in the past as well. No problems.

Just print off the voucher and take with you. The stores know what to do with them.

It isn't a quick process to use them, but so far mine have worked. I have purchased them for CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart (to use at Sam's Club also).

I guess this is kind of what I am afraid of. I can almost guarantee that here where I live, most places will have never laid eyes on one. We live in a fairly small town. I can just see them having to get the manager, etc. Especially at places where there could be a line of people waiting behind me. Not sure I want to go through the hassle. :crazy2:

I got one for Steak N Shake when we went to Disney. No problem at all. I am used to the voucher thing after using Viggle for years. There were a few years that we did back to school shopping at JC Penney using all Viggle gift cards. The employee just has to type in the numbers (unless there is a scanable bar code) so it takes a couple of seconds to input.
