Rainy Day Parade

Does anyone know the name of the song that is played during the rainy day parade? The lyrics are something like "drip drip drip the rain won't stop just how long will this day last".

We heard during our trip down to the MK last Oct for Not so Scary halloween party and then I heard a dj playing it at a party last night...It's now stuck in my head and driving me crazy....please help me
