Rainforest Day/Week cruise passes

I see online that people are getting individual daily passes again on the Fantasy for the Rainforest room. Can anyone share if these daily passes are being purchased by calling Disney before the cruise like they have in the past or if they are being purchased only by going to the spa once onboard the ship?

They are not yet available to purchase ahead of time. Disney has not announced whether that option will return.
