Rainforest Cafe

We were thinking of going to the Rainforest for Dinner. We were thinking of doing the one in AK. Since AK closes at 5, we were going to try to get a 5 or 5:30 ADR. Do they do them that late? Do Buses still run when we will be done??

I just made a 5 pm reservation on a day when AK closes at 5 but I have no idea about the buses.

Disney won't strand you so there will be buses to take you back to your resort. When you leave RFC CM will direct you to the correct bus stop and as it gets later routes will be consolidated. There will also be taxis.

I looked this up on the WDW.com and this is what they officially say:

Our complimentary Resort transportation—including buses, monorails and boats—generally operate from one hour before a theme park’s opening time until one hour after a theme park’s closing time.

I'm sure they are somewhat flexible depending on how many stragglers there are in the park, but I wouldn't count on the busses if you are still there around 7p. Maybe ask guest relations when you arrive on property to see if they will be running, as you might be more comfortable with DTD Rainforest Cafe instead.
