It depends on how hard. Some will close in heavy rain or lightning in the area.

More likely to close for lightning than rain. If there's a roof but ride is still mainly outdoors (Teacups, for example), probably won't close.

As the PP's said, some do close and others don't. Its a matter of how hard it is raining and the particular attraction. More problematic is lightning. Fortunately, you won't have to worry about that this time of year.
