Should I make reservations if we want to eat there? I know it's supposed to be great, and we want to go. I know it's on Disney property but not owned by Disney. It's just me and my DH -- should we just eat late (or early) there? Thanks!

I cant answer most of your questions since I have never been there but I have read on the boards that they have Irish music and dancing later in the evening.

The two of us walked in opening weekend without reservations. That same trip there was an hour wait at Bongos. If you're set on eating there a reservation might not hurt or be prepared to wait.

I really think it depends on what day you plan to go. I've heard the weekends tend to be more crowded at RR. We were there on a Wednesday evening, but, it was after 9:00 p.m. and we walked right in. We did eat...my two sons had the sirloin burgers and DH and I had appetizers. It was also early/mid December (around 12/10) so crowds were light everywhere. It also seemed at that time of evening it was more of a bar crowd than a restaurant crowd. But, we enjoyed it and the entertainment was great.

Don't mean to hijack your thread here, but do I need to pay for a Pleasure Island pass in order to eat at Raglan Road?
(I'd like to check it out--my CM buddy says it's great fun and they import the Guinness twice a week!) :sunny:

No you don't need to pay PI admission for RR....as a matter of fact, PI as a whole doesn't charge admission anymore. Just admission to the clubs individually.
