Raglan Road-Love it or Hate it???

I'm trying dinner there for the first time next trip, and am looking foward to it. I think I might just make a meal out of appetizers, they all sound so good there!

This would have to be the restaurant I'm most looking forward to on this trip. Its funny because I've never considered it for previous trips. I'm dying to try 'Its not bleedin' chowder''. It looks fantastic.

We love Raglan Road and it is a must do for our family every trip. Favorite meal is the salmon along with the bread pudding for dessert!

Put me down for didn't hate it but, didn't live it either. I shouldn't have ordered the risotto. I do remember a few of us were still kind of hungry after because the portions were a little small. Remember it's just my opinion. My dad got the bees stew and it was really tiny and he was definitely hungry still.

I am not a beer drinker. I know it is a pub, but do they have other options (wine, cocktails)?

I don't drink alcohol so I know they had Coca-Cola.

DO try the bread in the Guinness sauce. That sauce is so sweet, and very good. Matter of fact, my husband tried Guinness later thinking it would be sweet like that sauce. NO! It wasn't!

(He actually got a 6oz. glass of Guinness at F&W in October...and he tossed it before he even got back to where we were seated to watch fireworks. I said...well...maybe, I would have liked it...He said...NO, you wouldn't have liked it! -- Like I said...we really don't drink alcohol.)

Princess Sleepy-
Yes! They have lots of different types of drinks. Last year, I had one of the best chocolate martinis--ever! And my mom had a fruity rum drink that she enjoyed.
Back to OP question-RR is awesome in our opinion. It is the one place we eat at every year. We have had some ho hum service but we have had that type of service at other Disney places as well.
Mom loves the Guiness stew and I eat some chicken meal that I never can remember the name!
Can't wait for Sept!!!

They have a full bar, 2 actually, with wine and spirits. Raglan also offers specialty cocktails.

Absolutely love it. Our arrival day tradition is to head over to Raglan Road for a Daulkey Duo and a beer flight. It eases us into our vacation without a full-on Disney assault. :thumbsup2

Love it!

Great for everyone, kids included. Plenty of food, serving sizes were large (my oldest got the salmon, my husband the ham and I got the portobello sandwich, youngest got mac and cheese), including the kids sizes. They made my husband a special drink, the bartender was experimenting. One of the best drinks my DH ever had. Awesome service and they really worked great with us for my youngest's allergies. :goodvibes
