Radisson Shuttle Tip

Having recently returned from the 10/11 Magic and a stay Friday night at the Radisson, thought you would like to know how we handled the shuttle situation. We wanted to get to the port early so we drove over with all our luggage and got dropped off and then my son-in-law and husband drove back to the Radisson, parked the car for the week and hopped the next shuttle back to the port (which is much easier to get on without luggage). When we got back my son-in-law and husband again hopped the shuttle, got the car, drove back to the port to pick us and the luggage up. It worked out great!

We thought about doing that too, but deceided to take the shuttle with our luggage to the port! We made reservations for the first shuttle that left at 10:30A.M.. Had no problems!! The shuttle driver was great!! Loaded our luggage and unload our luggage at the port! Very fast and great service!!! When we got off the cruise our shuttle driver was there waiting on us!! We were the only ones on the shuttle trip back to the Raddison. So, I guess either way works out great!!!

I have a question. Can you make a reservation for the shuttle prior to arriving or do you have to make it at check-in?

I am going next week and i called last week and made my shuttle reservation for 10:30. When i first asked, the lady said just to make it when we checked in but I told her we would be arriving late and that I had heard you could make them ahead of time. She put me on hold for a minute and then came back and took my reservation.

My DH called to make the reservation on Tuesday (we sailed on Sunday) the guy on the phone said no problem. He started the list then and we were the first one's on the list! At check DH double checked to make sure that our name was still on the list for 10:30A.M.!!

Is 10:30 the first shuttle? What time did you get to the port?

We callled the direct number to the hotel. The first shuttle leaves at 10:30A.M. We met in front of the hotel around 9:50A.M. and families we're already there. Two shuttles pulled up around 10:10A.M. One big one and one smaller one. A guy with a clipboard told us to get on the smaller shuttle with another couple that was sailing on Carnavial. Our shuttle left before the other shuttle was even loaded!!! We were dropped off first and we walked into the terminal about 10:30A.M. on the dot!!! You are dropped off across the road from the terminal. A disney person is there to take your luggage and then you take your carry on luggage and walk 2 minutes to the port!! I thought everything ran smoothly and we were at the port at the perfect time!!
