Radio ads for WDW casting!

Yesterday morning on our local Atlanta radio station, I heard an ad for WDW. They are having an open casting call for characters for the WDW theme parks. Has anyone else heard this announcement??? My first thought was "Wow, is Disney getting desperate?" or is there something in the works that I don't know about??? When I told my sister, who is just as big a Disney-freak as I am, she was estatic! She thought that this could be her chance to fufill her lifelong dream of being Ariel. It was kinda hard to break it to her that I don't think that casting will be looking for a 30 year old!
