Quicksilver - any reviews?

Please let me know about the good, the bad and the ugly with Quicksilver! I'm thinking of using them for our next trip.

I used them in April and they were absolutely WONDERFUL!! They were waiting for us at the airport exactly where they said, handled all the luggage, had a nice clean car, grocery stop at Publix. I will definately use them again!!!!

We have used them twice and each time the service was very good. I like the the ease of the website for booking and then making a change via e-mail to which Greg followed up via phone just to be sure he had things correctly. I also like the option of paying for the entire trip via credit card on the first let for record keeping purposes, then we tipped in cash each way.

We were picked up on time at the airport assisted with our luggage and taken to a "real" grocery for snacks etc. Each time when we arrived outside our resort for pickup at the designated time the driver was waiting. We used a town car the first time and a van the second and both were comfortable, new and clean.

Our trips were in October 04 and December 04 and my sister is using QS in February. I would use them again and would (and have) recommend them to friends/family.

My dd and i used them when Hurricane Gene hit, When were suppose to go down Sat afternoon , I changed our flight for the night before and they had no problems even tho we got in almost midnight, They even took us to a grocery store that was open that late since their regular grocery store they stop at was closed . Professional all the way!!!

I totally agree with what everyone else has said. We used them last June and they were great. I particularly liked his promptness in responding to all my emails. The service was wonderful. We will definitely use them again!
