I drive truck nationwide with my Dh and he LOVES this while we are on the road. The best news is it is MICROWAVEABLE!!!
Mix this in a microwaveable cassarole dish
Start with approx 4 cups of cooked rice
Mix in 1 regular sized can of Campbells 98% Fat Free Cream of chicken soup
Mix in 1 Large can Sweet Sue or Tyson chicken, drained
Add black pepper and/or chicken boullion to taste, I add both
Microwave until piping hot and enjoy! This is an old Weight Watchers recipe. My DH can't believe it's healthy!!
