Quick Service and Snack Credits Disney Springs

So I know all about WGPE and EOS and Goofys, what other quick service meals can you get at Disney Springs and what other places besides the above mentioned have great snack credits snacks?

We have ate at Blaze (a subway for pizzas) and really enjoyed it. A pizza was one credit, but it was large enough for two to split it (3 if small eaters).

The Polite Pig is a new QS restaurant that just opened up; we plan to eat there in September. D-Luxe Burger also offers QS. Ghirardelli is a great use for a snack credit...gotta love sharing a humongous 2 scoop ice cream waffle cone!!!!

Isn't Ghirardelli not on the plan this year? I thought that's what I read, but hopefully something has changed.
