Quick Review Of Caseys last night....

Hey Everyone, We are here at the World now and We ate at Caseys last night. My DH and my son both had the dogs and when they finished I of course asked "How were the buns? Because the disers HAVE to know!!!" lmao: After a couple of strange looks from my DH he said and I quote " The buns were warm and fresh and squishy!" end quote So there you have first hand comments from a man who knows a good hot dog!!! Oh and by the way I had the Corn Dog Nuggets and we split some fries... all VERY Yummy! Oh Yeah...... my DH went back for a second dog later in the evening! Must have been good!!!

I LOVE the Corn Dog Nuggets. Our last trip, my hot dog bun fell apart before I could even take a bite. So my son shared his nuggets!

Being a Brit, I have no idea what a corn dog is - is it a hot dog only made with corn? Or a hot dog with corn on top? Or something else?

I don't really like hot dogs due to the weird tasting meat - would I like corn dogs?

A corn dog, or in the case of what everyone is talking about corndog bites, are hotdogs or mini hotdogs, dipped in a cornmeal batter similar to a corn muffin and then deep fried. Sometimes the cornmeal dip is "sweet" and sometimes not, depends on where you get them.

Regardless if you don't like "mystery meat" a.k.a. "weird tasting meat" you probably still won't like corndogs.

Here's a picture of the corndog bites that we had. They are the small golden brown items on the left in the Mickey Cup

Yes you can. Next door to the counter serve part is a dining room with maybe 4 tables and a mini grandstand that you can sit on and watch old cartoons.
