Quick question re: Port Canaveral as a port stop

This paragraph is the very definition of a gamble vs. leap of faith. In my opinion, taking a leap of faith means you really have nothing to lose, start on neutral ground, and can benefit from the experience.

I always thought taking a "leap a faith" meant "taking a chance on something, even thought the chances of it being successful look slim"?

I could understand that. That's why I said it was my opinion on how I defined them. With a leap of faith, if you fail you are back to square one with no loss. A gamble could result in a loss or a gain (or break even, but that's rare).

I don't see it that way but ... it really doesn't matter that much. We're going off topic and I'd rather go back to talking about @RedSox68 's experience if you don't mind. :)
