Quick question re: Blizzard Beach parking

Hey everyone! I'm having trouble finding the answer to this question elsewhere, and was hoping you might be able to help.

We land in Orlando at 9:30am, and were thinking about spending a couple hours at Blizzard Beach (weather permitting) before officially checking in to our resort, unpacking, and heading to Epcot for our Biergarten ADRs and Illuminations.

I know you can just show your receipt to waive the parking fee if you hop from, say, Animal Kingdom to Epcot on the same day...but does that rule apply to the water parks? Would we have to pay to park at both Blizzard Beach and Epcot that day?

Parking at the water parks is free. You won't have to show anything

I have actually had people come to my Guest Relations window at Typhoon Lagoon (obviously after they had parked) and ask where they are supposed to pay for parking. I have a nice response: "Normally we don't charge, but if you are willing to pay five dollars I will be more than happy to accept your money".

For some reason nobody has ever taken me up on the offer.
