Quick question about making ressies....

I am sure this has been brought up about a million times but I am going to ask again anyway.....I am making my ADR's on Monday. (6/22) There are some ressies I want to make for a party of 8. We are meeting up with another family. Do I have to have their reservation number to include them in my ressies? Or can it all be under my name? There are about 4 or 5 that we want to do together. Thanks for the help!

Just use your ressie. I did that. there are only 5 in my party but made ressies for 7 cause my sis and her friend are going. when they ask, just tell them you need reservations for 8.

call them now to ask cause partys of 8 or more fall under grand gatherings even though it's not really a GG I call so I know for sure.

The only time you need your resort reservation when making a dining reservation is if you are doing the 90 + 10 days. Otherwise, resort reservations and dining reservations are not tied together at all. You don't even need to be staying on Disney property to make a dining reservation.
