I have tweaked some of my FP+ and ADRs recently on MDX on my desktop, when I look at my phone app they are the old plans. I have refreshed, reopened etc... do I need to do something else to make the app update my plans?? Thanks.
It's common. Log out then log back in to the app. If you don't see your new plans then don't worry. As long as you confirmed them on the computer then their there. It's very common for there to be glitches within the app and see (or not see) wrong FP's, plans, etc
Yea deleting the app and reinstalling would be the next step
Refresh, hard exit and reopen, log out then back in, delete the app and redownload..if that doesn't work and you really want the correct corresponding info to match, then call support
