Quick help! :)

Forgive me, I've been looking and I'm sure the answer is RIGHT in front of me. A friend of mine is in FL and decided to go to Disney (Magic Kingdom) TOMORROW - they are asking for last minute tips. I always stay on property. They are staying Offsite in Ococee (25 min away). I am not familiar with that area. They are asking how to get from their hotel to magic kingdom. I am clueless. I read that there isnt actual parking at the Magic Kingdom? Instead, you park at the Ticket & Transportation Center lot? Where is this located? And then you take a monorail or ferry to the Magic Kingdom? Is this correct? I want to tell them in simple terms for them (and me, lol!). Also, they want to be there for rope drop - how does it typically take from parking to arriving at MK? Thanks so much in advance for your help!
