Quick Downtown Disney Question

Ok so I am in LA and leaving for Downtown Disney(but no parks, what a tease) for Dinner in a few minutes. Do we still have to pay for parking? Do we still go into Mickey and Friends Parking or is there free parking for Downtown Disney?

Yes, there's free parking. Just make the turn onto Magic Way off of Disneyland Drive (regardless of what direction you're coming from, there's only going to be one way to turn) and the make a left into the DTD parking lot. There's 3 hours free (5 with validation).

Yes follow the signs and park at DTD lot, do not park at Mickey and Friends or you will pay full price.
